Do I Need to Be Home During the Clean?
No. Many clients leave a lockbox code, door code or key. Tell us how we get in when you book.
Do You Bring Your Own Supplies?
Yes. We bring products, cloths, mops and a vacuum. If you prefer a specific product, leave it out and mention it in your booking notes.
Do You Also Provide Workers for Construction Projects?
Yes. AA Prime Services offers manpower services for contractors, builders and businesses: construction, insulation, general labour, site support and material handling, short-term or ongoing. Every request is quoted.
Do You Clean Carpets and Mattresses?
Yes. AA Prime Services brings its own carpet cleaning machine and mattress cleaning machine, so carpets, rugs and mattresses can be done in the same visit as a house, deep, move out or Airbnb clean. Add them in the booking form and we price them in your quote.
What If I Need to Cancel or Reschedule?
Give us at least 48 hours notice and we will move or cancel the visit. Our terms explain late cancellations.
